Refund policy
We value our customers and understand that unexpected changes can occur. To ensure a fair and smooth process for everyone, we have set the following refund guidelines for appointment cancellations:
- Down payment of 60% is required at Booking
- If a cancellation request is made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment, customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- If a cancellation request is made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, customers will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, no refund will be issued.
All refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels. Once approved, refunds may take 3 to 7 business days to reflect back into the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where the policy terms are not met or if there is misuse of the refund system.
